Orientation
Orientation to your unit will balance classroom instruction with clinical experiences. The goal of PCMH orientation is to enhance your critical thinking and interpersonal and technical skills under the personal guidance of a clinical coach. Because we use the Performance Based Development System for assessments, we can identify your individual needs and tailor an orientation to maximize your training and development opportunities.

Communication
PCMH values communication and the sharing of information in an open and timely manner. These are just a few areas where nurses can share information:

  • Regular staff meetings

  • One-to-one meetings with managers
